Tech Operator – Fast-Paced Production Environment

Location: Milton Keynes (Magna Park)

Pay: £13.60 – £14.60 per hour + Overtime

Contract: Temp to Perm (Full-Time)

Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts – 3 on / 3 off (Rotating Days & Nights | 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Role Overview

As a Tech Operator, you will play a key part in running high-speed production lines, including Tetra, Canning, and PET systems. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Operating and monitoring production machinery
2. Carrying out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
3. Performing regular quality and hygiene checks
4. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting
