Contract Type: Permanent - Fulltime

Shift Pattern/Time: 4 on 3 off (x2), 4 on 2 off, 18:30 - 05:00

Rate: £16.00 per hour

Location: Greencore, Carlyon Road Industrial Estate, 7, Carlyon Rd, Atherstone CV9 1LQ

(Please note this is a full-time role only)

What you'll be doing

• Starting up machinery daily and overseeing its operation
• Reporting any machinery faults promptly
• Ensuring correct label application to maintain quality standards
• Completing compliance checks regularly, including date and code verification
• Adhering to safety controls, risk assessments, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
• Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
• Performing quality checks and addressing food safety or quality issues quickly
• Working collaboratively within a close-knit production team

What we're looking for

• Good numeracy and literacy skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices and health & safety standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Accuracy and meticulousness
• Basic awareness of health and safety regulations
• Relevant experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility in work approach
