Machine Operator – Full Training Provided

Salary: £26,000–£28,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Machine Operator to join an established manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on, practical work and wants to develop their skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.

No previous machine operating experience is essential, as full training will be provided. We are particularly interested in candidates with a practical mindset, a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn.

The Role

Working as part of the manufacturing team, you will be trained to operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
• Setting up equipment and carrying out basic adjustments
• Checking finished products meet required quality standards
• Following production instructions and health & safety procedures
• Carrying out practical, hands‑on manufacturing duties
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

You do not need previous machine operating experience, but you should be:

• Experienced in manufacturing, engineering, production, warehouse or other practical work would be advantageous, but is not essential

Due to the location of the site, your own transport is required.
