Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is seeking a Machine Operator in Havant. The role is full time on a 6-month fixed term contract, 37 hours per week, salary from £28,500 per year.

The job involves setting up and running Amada CNC Brake Presses and Vipros Punch Machine, with standard hours 08:00–16:30 Monday-Thursday and 08:00–13:00 Friday. Ideal candidates will have CNC setting and operation experience in manufacturing, sharp attention to detail, and a reliable, flexible work ethic.

Experience in setting CNC Break presses?

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operatorto join their team.

The main purpose of this Machine Operator role is to set and operate 4 of the machines used on a daily basis.

In return, our client is offering a salary from £28,500P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-timeand 6 months fixed term contract. The hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 & Friday 08:00 - 13:00.

Reporting to the *line managers job title* your responsibilities will include:

• To understand the functions of the Amada CNC Brake Presses, Vipros Punch Machine.
• To be able to set up all of the machines under the supervision of the Machine Operator/Setter.
• To understand the functions of machinery and use in an efficient manner.
• To use the Guillotine and Roll Former when required.
• To gain an understanding of the H&S and routine maintenance checks required on each of the machines.
