Job summary
Saputo Inc. in Nuneaton is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. You will operate and set up manufacturing equipment, monitor packing lines, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Experience operating and setting up production machinery, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Detail-oriented with ability to keep accurate records.
- Team player and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Run, clean and set up factory equipment.
- Operate and monitor cutting and packing machines to maintain smooth production flow.
- Carry out 30-minute quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Report equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production data.
- Adhere to health & safety, food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support team to meet production targets and maintain high standards.
