Job summary

Saputo Nuneaton is hiring Production Operators to join our centre of excellence in Nuneaton. You will work on the morning shift, 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, delivering high-quality cheese production and packaging with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

We offer a 37.5 hour week, a competitive annual salary of £25,155, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and a site bonus scheme. Join a growing team that values hands-on expertise and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced working as an operator in a food production environment.
• Knowledgeable in Health and Safety and food safety.
• Comfortable with manual handling.
• Able to adapt to an ever-changing production environment.
• Experienced working with different types of machinery.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out manual handling tasks and cheese cutting, yield understanding & control, line set up, operation of wrapping machines.
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
