Saputo in the UK is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join the production team at our Nuneaton site. This role involves operating and setting up production machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining safe, compliant work practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery in a food manufacturing or similar environment.
• Able to carry out regular quality checks and record results accurately.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Run, clean and set up factory equipment.
• Operate and monitor cutting and packing machines for smooth production.
• Perform 30-minute quality checks to ensure specs and standards.
• Work with the shift team to meet targets and maintain high standards.
• Adhere to health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Identify and report equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production data.
