Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Machine Operator for our client's manufacturing facility in Coventry.

Join a 24-hour manufacturing operation producing medical-grade fibre, fabric rolls, and X-ray-detectable threads. Work as part of a small shift team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met in chemical and mechanical production processes.

The rate of pay is £ per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at:

1. Time and a half £ per hour
2. Double £ per hour

Your Time at Work

As a Machine Operator, your duties include:

1. Reporting to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
2. Operating machinery such as drying plants, spinning lines, wrapping, winding, and cutting equipment.
3. Performing quality checks, process sampling, and following SOPs.
4. Maintaining safety, conducting cleaning, and assisting with audits.
5. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and complying with HS&E standards.
