Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to join their busy production team on a temporary to permanent basis in a standard day-shift.

You will operate printing and window patching machinery, set up equipment for runs, and help ensure product quality throughout the process. Ideal candidates have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, good teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in print/packaging or converting environments is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

Our client, a well-established manufacturer within the print and packaging industry, is looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join their busy production team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience who is looking to secure long-term employment with a successful local business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating printing and window patching machinery.
• Setting up and preparing machines for production runs.
• Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Working to production schedules and customer specifications.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within print, packaging, production, or converting environments would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional Saturdays when required to support business demands.
