Job summary

Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for reliable Machine Operators for a rapidly growing company in the Rochester/Strood area. This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential for permanent employment after a qualifying period, subject to timekeeping and performance.

You will operate plant machinery safely on day shifts, monitor production, perform quality checks, and help maintain a clean, safe working environment. Overtime is payable after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating plant machinery preferred.
• Reliable and motivated with good timekeeping and attendance.
• Ability to perform quality checks and maintain safety standards.

Working Hours

• Day Shifts (Monday - Friday): 06:00 - 18:00, Monday - Thursday
• 06:00 - 12:00, Friday
• Overtime payable after 40 hours
