Main Duties & Responsibilities

Key Tasks

Responsible for preparing, mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of bakery goods such as rolls, pastries, and cakes. This includes accurately measuring ingredients, operating machinery, following recipes, and ensuring quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace.

Tasks may include weighing ingredients, mixing dough, shaping products, setting oven temperatures, baking, decorating, slicing, packaging, and performing quality checks.
