Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a reliable Machine Operator in Gillingham, Kent. The role involves operating production machinery, maintaining uptime, and ensuring quality standards in a busy environment.

You will monitor performance, feed materials, and keep an orderly, safe workstation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work as part of a team on rotating shifts from 06:00 to 22:00 and nights 22:00-06:00.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
• Report faults, breakdowns, or concerns promptly and accurately
• Support overall site housekeeping and production efficiency standards

Shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00

Pay Rate:

• £13.00 per hour (days & afternoons)
• £13.50 per hour (nights)
