What We're Looking For

  • Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical production
  • FMCG manufacturing
  • Packaging or filling operations

Automated production environmentsIdeally, you'll have experience with:

  • First-line fault finding
  • Machine adjustments
  • Basic operator maintenance
  • Quality checks and inspections
  • Production paperwork and traceability
  • Cleaning and hygiene-controlled production processes
What Matters Most

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their machine and notices when something isn't quite running as it should.

You'll be someone who:

  • Is comfortable making basic machine adjustments
  • Can identify straightforward faults before escalating them
  • Takes pride in producing a high-quality product
  • Understands the importance of accurate paperwork and traceability
  • Works cleanly, safely and methodically
  • Is reliable and looking for a stable, long-term position
  • Is keen to learn new equipment and develop their technical skills
