Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Technically minded; able to understand how machinery works beyond basic start/stop.
• Strong attention to quality, hygiene and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated production machinery.
• Complete product and batch changeovers.
• Monitor equipment during production runs and adjust for output/quality.
• Identify and resolve basic machine faults.
• Maintain production paperwork and batch records.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support basic operator maintenance and checks.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams.
