Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Machine Operator for a leading FMCG manufacturing business in the Oxford area. You will operate and monitor production machinery, set up lines, and help maintain safety and quality.

The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with training and development opportunities. Based in Oxford, you will contribute to meeting daily production targets, minimise downtime and work closely with production and engineering teams to optimise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as Machine Operator or similar in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow production processes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery.

Job Role - Machine Operator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Machine Operator to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in the Oxford area.The company is continuing to invest in its manufacturing facilities, machinery and people, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing production team.You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will play an important role in maintaining production output and minimising downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed approach to work.
• Comfortable working within a target-driven manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or other high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience operating automated production machinery.
• Basic mechanical or technical understanding.
• Experience with machine changeovers, setups or adjustments.
• Relevant manufacturing or engineering qualifications.
