Job summary

T&K Associates are recruiting on behalf of our client near Barwell for a Machine Operator to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The role offers 40 hours per week with 6am-4pm shifts, paid breaks, and weekly pay.

The successful candidate will operate production line equipment, ensure product specifications, and may drive a counterbalance forklift. Good teamwork and safety awareness are essential in a dusty, labour-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving products.
• Forklift driving experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety rules.
• Own transport required due to location.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment.
• Check product is to specification.
• Drive a counterbalance FLT.
• Monitor line and perform basic testing and quality checks.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Machine Operator Job Details & Benefits

• £520 per week to start rising to £620 per week when permanent including weekly production bonus

Machine Operator Job Details

• Operate production line equipment
