Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a capable Machine Operator with an FLT licence to join a busy manufacturing team. The role includes operating production machinery, setting up and monitoring machines, and performing basic quality checks.

Shifts are rotating 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm with pay at £12.96 per hour. Ideal candidates will have a valid FLT licence, experience in manufacturing, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred).
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.

Shift Pattern:
