Hours

• Weekly rotating shifts
• 1 week: 06:00 - 14:30

This is a hands-on production role within a well-established plastics manufacturing environment producing specialist polythene film and bag products to customer specifications.

You'll be responsible for operating production, conversion, and bagging machinery while supporting the wider manufacturing process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are produced efficiently and accurately.

This role also offers genuine long-term progression opportunities for somebody looking to develop further within plastics manufacturing and gain exposure to extrusion machinery and specialist production processes.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable and motivated Production Operator with experience within manufacturing or production environments.
• Someone who is hands-on, proactive, able to work accurately under pressure, and comfortable working rotating shifts within a busy production setting.
• Previous machine operating experience within plastics, packaging, or manufacturing would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
