Job summary

E3 Recruitment is helping a market-leading manufacturer in Silsden recruit Production Operatives for a full-time, on-site role. You will operate and feed machinery, perform quality checks, and support other departments while maintaining safety and quality standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for premium overtime.

Shifts run 2:00pm–10:30pm with regular premium overtime. The site offers on-site parking and a strong path to long-term stability within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Experience in fast-paced production, manufacturing, warehouse or order-picking environments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Loading, feeding and operating machinery.
• Carrying out in-process quality inspections.
• Supporting colleagues and assisting other departments when required.

Production Operatives required to join a market-leading specialist manufacturer. This fast-growing, multi-million-pound business is continuing to expand and is looking to add to its team. Based in modern, state-of-the-art facilities, this permanent opportunity offers full training, regular premium-rate overtime, on-site parking and long-term stability within a growing business.

The Production Operative role is based in Silsden, within walking distance of the train station. Applicants from Skipton, Keighley, Bradford and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

What’s on offer to the Production Operative

• £14.20 per hour / £29,534.37 per annum
• 2:00pm – 10:30pm, with regular overtime available at premium rates
• 28 days holiday
