Job summary

Corr Recruitment is seeking a Machine Operative in Andover to join a thriving manufacturing team. The role is temporary to permanent, with training provided and a clear path to ongoing development. You will work Monday to Friday, with hours from 8am to 5pm (Fridays 8am-2:30pm).

Pay starts at £13.50 per hour and there is free onsite parking. This position demands machine minding experience, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

We are working with a well-established client based in Andover. Our client is looking for Machine Operatives to join their fast-growing team.

Due to ongoing growth of our client, they are looking for additional team members to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday:

Monday to Thursday - 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 2.30pm

Pay rate: Starting at £13.50 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out checks, finding faults to ensure that factory can run effectively
• Operating machines (Turner)
• Setting up machines
• Ensuring that equipment and working area is kept safe, clean, and tidy

Must have machine minding experience. Willingness to learn. This is a temporary to permanent role. My client is looking for someone who wants to progress, learn and stay with a company.
