Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking Machine Operatives for a large manufacturing site in Wellington. You will operate machinery in a production environment, ensure smooth operation, and help maintain product quality. The role offers rotating shifts Mon-Fri 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm with an immediate start.

This temp-to-perm opportunity includes weekly pay, training, guaranteed hours, and free parking. Previous manufacturing experience and the ability to travel to Wellington are required.

We are looking for Machine Operatives

Days: £13.34 per hour (weekly pay) This has the opportunity to increase to £19.38 per hour once multi skilled

Location: Wellington, Somerset, TA21

Immediate start

Previous experience needed within a manufacturing/production background

Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (rotating on a weekly basis)

• Understanding of how operated machine works

• Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed

About you:

As a Machine Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

• Start immediately and are looking for long term work
• Previous experience needed
• Able to work up to 8 hours per shift
• You will be able to travel to Wellington
