Job summary

CCG Manufacturing, based at Cambuslang near Glasgow, is seeking experienced Machine Operatives for the PVCu window and door manufacturing team. You will operate PVCu window machinery and support the production line on a day shift.

The role requires a good understanding of health and safety, the ability to work to tight deadlines, punctuality, and reliability. Full driving licence is advantageous, with hands-on use of Stuga ZX5 and SV 530 CNCs and the DIGI X bead saw.

Machine Operatives (PVCu Window and Door Manufacturing)

CCG Manufacturing specialises in the fabrication of enhanced windows and door sets that support CCG Group’s new build construction programmes, and the planned maintenance of occupied homes.

The division is seeking experienced machine operators to join the PVCu Manufacturing team, based at their advanced premises in Cambuslang.

SALARY: DOE
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 6.00am-4.15pm
LOCATION: CCG Manufacturing, 15 Drumhead Road, Glasgow East Investment Park, G32 8EX
STATUS: Permanent

THE ROLE

• Fully experienced in the operation of PVcu window machinery used for the manufacturing of windows and doors
• Welding – 4 head, single head, verti-quad and 8 head urban welding machine
• CNC Machinery – Stuga ZX5 and SV 530 corner cleaning machines
• DIGI X – semi-automatic bead saw

The desired candidates shall have:

• A good understanding of health and safety.
• Capability to work to tight deadlines.
• Punctual and reliable time schedule
• Full Driving Licence – advantageous.
