Job summary

Elevation People Solutions is recruiting a Machine Operative for a night shift in Coventry. You will operate CNC machinery, perform quality inspections and ensure products meet strict standards. The permanent pattern is Sunday to Wednesday, 20:00–06:30, with initial day-shift training to be completed first.

Pay is £13.35 per hour plus £10 shift allowance per shift, with immediate starts advertised. Experience in manufacturing helpful; attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work

Machine Operative - Night Shift

Location: Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Coventry, CV7

Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour + £10 Shift Allowance per shift

Permanent Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 20:00 - 06:30

Important - Training Requirements:

Initial training must be completed on the day shift:

• Monday - Thursday: 06:30 - 15:30
• Friday: 06:30 - 12:30

Candidates must be available to complete day-shift training before moving onto the permanent night shift.
