Job summary

Elevation People Solutions is recruiting a Machine Operative for a night shift in Coventry. You will operate CNC machinery, perform quality inspections and ensure products meet strict standards. The permanent pattern is Sunday to Wednesday, 20:00–06:30, with initial day-shift training to be completed first.

Pay is £13.35 per hour plus £10 shift allowance per shift, with immediate starts advertised. Experience in manufacturing helpful; attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine-operating experience is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Flexible to complete initial training on day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• Carrying out quality inspections on finished products.
• Checking products for faults and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Following production procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Keeping the work area clean and organised.
