Pilgrim’s Europe in Grantham is seeking a Machine Minder to operate and maintain factory machinery while adhering to health and safety regulations. The role follows an alternating shift pattern, Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, with a starting salary of £560 per week (£30,992 per year).

Responsibilities

• Health and safety responsibilities in the factory.
• Maintain quality and hygiene standards within the factory and machinery.
• Carry out basic mechanical duties and set up/operate equipment.
• Disassemble/reassemble machinery for deep cleaning.
• Provide service to other areas of the factory.
