Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe in Grantham is seeking a Machine Minder to join our dedicated team. The role involves operating and maintaining factory machinery, following health and safety rules, and contributing to a clean, safe work environment.

This full-time position offers a 6:00–22:00 alternating shift, a starting salary of £560 per week (£30,992 per year), on-site parking, training, and ample opportunities for progression in a supportive plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for personal Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of other workers.
• Maintain quality standards within the factory.
• Maintain hygiene standards within the factory and machinery.
• Carry out basic mechanical duties on equipment.
• Set up and operate machinery.
• Assemble and disassemble machinery for deep cleaning.
• Provide service to other areas of the factory.
• Any other duties, as required by the Manager.
