Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Limited in Rogerstone, UK, is hiring a production operative for night shifts (7pm–6am) on a 7 day fortnight schedule. You will operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, high‑quality meals are produced.

You will identify faults, resolve issues and, when the line runs smoothly, assist on the assembly line. You will follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect product quality and colleagues.

Hours: 7pm - 6am

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll

support

the wider team by helping out on the assembly line.

Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
