2 Sisters Food Group Limited is seeking a production operator for its UK factory. You will operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently and to high quality standards.

You will identify and resolve faults to keep production running smoothly and, when the line runs well, assist on the assembly line while adhering to strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and colleagues.

7 Day Fortnight - 7 days in every 14 days with every other weekend off

Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat - 07.00-18.00.

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards

. You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line
