Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Newport is seeking a production operator to operate, monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring safety, quality and consistency across every batch. You will actively identify faults and help keep the line running smoothly while supporting colleagues on the assembly line during peak periods.

You will follow strict hygiene and safety procedures, contribute to high standards of product quality, and have opportunities for progression and overtime as part of a busy,

About the role

• As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.
• You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line.
• Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
