2 Sisters Food Group Limited is seeking an Inline Operative to work on rotating days and nights at our Rogerstone factory. You will operate and monitor production lines, maintain equipment, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires quick fault identification and teamwork to keep lines running smoothly. We offer immediate start, opportunities for progression, and access to staff facilities.

Inline Operative - Days and Nights Rotating Shifts

Hourly rate of £13.34

Shift Pattern

Monthly Rotation: 3 weeks working 3 x 12 hours, 1 week working 4 x 12 hours (rotating days & nights 06.00-18.00/18.00-06.00)

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll

support

the wider team by helping out on the assembly line.

Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
