Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a production operative at the Rogerstone factory in Newport. You will operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, high-quality output and assist on the assembly line when needed.

You'll follow strict hygiene and safety procedures, identify and resolve faults to keep production running smoothly, and work as part of a dedicated team on a 7 Day Fortnight schedule with every other weekend off.

Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat - 07.00-18.00.
About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line
