Job summary

The Right Hire Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable Machine Loader to join a busy engineering environment. This hands-on role offers the chance to gain experience in engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include loading materials into machines, cutting and grinding, moving metal, operating equipment, keeping the workshop tidy and supporting engineers to keep production running smoothly. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.40 with permanent status; day shifts only, 7am–3pm.

THE ROLE

• Supporting engineers and the wider team to ensure production runs smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A reliable, hardworking and hands‑on individual.
• Someone comfortable with manual work and moving metal materials.
• A good attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Previous engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

£12.71 per hour to start.

Pay increase to £13.40 (includes attendance allowance) per hour once permanent.

Day shifts only - no evenings or nights.

Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.

Paid 40 hours per week. Opportunity to gain valuable engineering and manufacturing experience.
