THE ROLE

• * Loading materials into machines to support the engineers.

• * Supporting engineers and the wider team to ensure production runs smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• * A reliable, hardworking and hands-on individual.
• * Someone comfortable with manual work and moving metal materials.
• * A good attitude and willingness to learn.
• * The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• * Previous engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

• £12.71 per hour to start.
• Pay increase to £13.40 (includes attendance allowance) per hour once permanent.
• Day shifts only - no evenings or nights.
• Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.
• Paid 40 hours per week. Opportunity to gain valuable engineering and manufacturing experience.
