The Right Hire Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable Machine Loader to join a busy engineering environment. This hands-on role offers the chance to gain experience in engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include loading materials into machines, cutting and grinding, moving metal, operating equipment, keeping the workshop tidy and supporting engineers to keep production running smoothly. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.40 with permanent status; day shifts only, 7am–3pm.

• Reliable, hardworking and hands-on.
• Comfortable with manual work and moving metal materials.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Loading materials into machines to support the engineers.
• Cutting and grinding materials when required.
• Moving metal materials around the workplace.
• Operating machinery and assisting with production tasks.
• Keeping the workshop tidy, clean and organised.
• Supporting engineers and the wider team to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
