Pinson TM Limited is actively recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up traffic lights, managing flow, and interpreting CAD drawings to keep roads safe and efficient.

Role requires the ability to work with direct and sub-contract labour, meet deadlines, and maintain high safety standards on site. Training and progression within traffic management are available for suitable candidates.

Formación

• Experience in traffic management roles.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Right to work in the UK and able to pass required checks.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights to ensure public compliance.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• Ensuring the team works safely and to the required quality.
• Compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware of and comply with RAMS.
• Assist with unloading/loading of materials.
• Adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Report plant & vehicle defects.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK and we are constantly recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking both Operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• M5 Operative

Scope of Role:

Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
• Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
