Job summary

WPP Enterprise Technology seeks aLead M365 Architect to own the platform design, standards and migration strategies for the M365 suite across Exchange, Teams and SharePoint. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, shaping complex changes and ensuring compliance to WPP security standards.

You will provide architectural guidance, manage external partners, and set the design authority for partner architecture decisions while maintaining the highest levels of resilience and secure by

Qualifications

• Expert M365 architecture and engineering across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, PowerBI and Defender.
• Experience with identity ecosystems (Okta) and Zero Trust concepts.
• Large-scale tenant migration and integration at 100,000+ seats.
• Proven ability to produce architecture docs: HLD/LLD and ADRs.
• Vendor governance and SLAs oversight in MSP environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the M365 architecture, standards and engineering roadmap.
• Lead and manage M365 architects and senior engineers.
• Design and assure complex M365 change and migrations.
• Ensure partner designs meet WPP security and standards.
• Embed security, resilience and compliance by design.
• Provide senior technical escalation above run layer.
