CrossCountry Trains in Birmingham is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator to maintain the M365 stack, manage Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams, and support incident resolution and project work. The role emphasizes optimization, automation with PowerShell, and ensuring secure, reliable access across the estate.

The position is a 12-month FTC with hybrid working arrangements to minimise disruption to critical services and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• You’ll have strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD.
• You’ll be comfortable troubleshooting complex incidents and supporting projects.
• You’ll possess up-to-date knowledge of M365 stack components and security.

Responsabilités

• Optimise Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive for enterprise communications.
• Troubleshoot complex M365 incidents to minimise downtime.
• Maintain data integrity, backups and DR strategies.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and M365 tools.
• Support deployment through InTune and oversee IAM controls.
