Job summary

EDF Energy is recruiting an experienced M365 Architect to shape the digital workplace across the UK. You will drive Microsoft 365 architecture, identity and device services, delivering secure and scalable enterprise solutions for thousands of users.

You will influence senior stakeholders, collaborate across architecture, security, product and operations, and mentor Platform Engineers to raise engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 architecture and strategy.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance in large organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and strategic platform direction across Microsoft 365, identity and device services.
• Deliver secure, compliant and enterprise-scale solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define engineering standards and design guardrails across Digital Workplace platforms.
• Mentor Platform Engineers and act as senior escalation for complex challenges.
