Job summary

Connect Plus Services (CPS) seeks a Project Manager to lead highways and technology schemes on the M25 project from feasibility to handover. The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing NEC contracts to deliver safety, quality and cost objectives.

You will work with the Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Managers, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and travel to sites and depots as required to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing project teams and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong collaboration with integrity and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial focus to drive project performance and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Portfolio Manager, Senior Project Managers, Construction and Supervisor teams, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with the DBFO contract by clarifying roles, resolving risks and issues, and producing reports.
• Design, agree and implement project plans to ensure activities are organised and resourced.
• Lead programmes from feasibility to handover, informing investment proposals at each stage.
• Identify and quantify key risks and resource requirements for robust cost profiles.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues and implement solutions.
• Manage subcontractors and designers, setting expectations for health and safety, programme and cost.
