Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across the UK. You will join a team delivering temporary traffic management on sites with direct labour and sub-contract labour to meet targets.

Duties include setting up traffic lights, managing traffic flow, reading CAD drawings, and reporting to the site or operations manager while maintaining health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Lantra TM qualifications essential or beneficial.
• Ability to pass drugs and alcohol test as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom confirmed.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights at roads as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary signals and ensure public compliance.
• Report issues to site or operations manager promptly.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings accurately.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health and safety rules.
