Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our growing team across the UK. Your role will involve setting up temporary traffic signals, managing traffic flow, and reading CAD traffic management drawings.

Candidates must have Lantra approved qualifications, be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check, have the right to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications required.
• Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK and full UK driving licence.
• Relevant M1/M2 operative experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining safe and compliant operations on site.
• Reporting any plant or site defects to the supervisor.
