Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up temporary traffic lights, controlling traffic flow, reading CAD drawings, and maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Successful candidates will hold Lantra traffic management qualifications, pass drugs/alcohol checks, have the right to work in the UK, and possess a full UK driving licence (≤6 points). Opportunities for progression exist with project demand.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights and assisting with traffic diversions.
• Ensuring safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
