M&S Assistant Manager - New Opening Warwick Hospital

40 hours, Fully flexible


We're currently recruiting a dedicated M&S Assistant Manager to join our team in a new opening at Warwick Hospital. The role involves ensuring the smooth running of operations in a major brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.


As an M&S Assistant Manager, you will be involved in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate stock levels, and managing cash on site. We seek a reliable and dedicated support to the manager, overseeing daily operations, leading the team with enthusiasm, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing all Store Operating Targets and KPIs
  • Leading and developing a motivated, committed, and high-performing store management team
  • Driving operational, visual, and customer service standards in store
  • Collaborating with the visual team to manage standards and displays
  • Completing all mandatory and specialised training to meet customer propositions
  • Maintaining brand integrity and market awareness
  • Ensuring effective communication within the store team
  • Adhering to store compliance and health and safety procedures
  • Implementing key PDR and ER policies across the business

Our ideal Assistant Manager will:
  • Have experience working in a retail environment at a supervisor level
  • Have prior experience managing a team and following procedures
  • Show willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Be able to prioritise and work efficiently in a busy environment
