Your role involves supporting the Unit Manager in all aspects of operations—people management, sales growth, and profitability. This fast-paced role offers comprehensive training and development to help you progress into senior leadership positions.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within customer service
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead by example
