Responsibilities

Manage M&E services across fit-out projects from design through to completion.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
Review drawings, technical submissions and design information.
Manage RFIs, variations and technical queries.
Oversee commissioning, testing and handover.
Monitor programme, quality and progress of building services.
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Design Managers.
Attend client, consultant and subcontractor meetings.
Ensure M&E installations are delivered in line with programme and specification.
Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
