Job summary

360 Recruitment is recruiting a Mechanical & Electrical Technical Services Manager for a main contractor, offering regional project leadership and a competitive package. You will oversee M&E technical delivery from tender through final account, ensuring buildability, compliance and value across multiple sites.

You will work with estimating, design and project teams to optimize procurement, manage risks and drive best practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' Mechanical & Electrical experience.
• Ideally mechanically biased with experience in main contractor or M&E subcontractor environments.
• HNC or HND in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience supporting projects through pre-construction and delivery phases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proactive, approachable and solutions-focused.
• Capable of influencing teams and driving best practice across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and identify M&E risks and opportunities.
• Support estimating through tender process and procurement.
• Coordinate M&E submissions, drawings, RFIs and proposals.
• Provide technical reviews and specialist input to design teams.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate delivery issues on site.
• Assist with commissioning programmes and final account support.
