Job summary

360 Recruitment is supporting a leading main contractor to appoint a Mechanical & Electrical Technical Services Manager. The role covers pre-construction and live projects with regional exposure, offering a highly competitive salary, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide technical leadership across M&E, work with estimating, commercial, design and operations teams, and ensure robust solutions, buildability and proactive risk

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Mechanical & Electrical experience.
Ideally mechanically biased with experience from a main contractor or M&E subcontractor.
HNC or HND in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.

Responsibilities

Review tender documentation to identify M&E risks and opportunities.
Support estimating teams through the tender process.
Provide technical support to Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and site teams.
Attend design and coordination meetings and monitor project delivery.
