Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Services Manager.
• Mechanical bias with solid electrical awareness.
• Background in D&B commercial office fit-out (CAT A / CAT B).
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for M&E during tenders and bids.
• Support work-winning, value engineering and bid interviews.
• Coordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors.
• Resolve technical issues and support site teams.
• Oversee commissioning and handover processes.
