Job summary

Fetch Recruit is supporting a South West London refurbishment & fit-out contractor to strengthen its M&E team with an experienced Technical Services Manager. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of Mechanical or Electrical works within projects and report to Directors.

The role involves coordinating M&E programmes, managing RAMS, RFIs and technical submittals, and ensuring drawings and information are up-to-date. Strong client and subcontractor liaison is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering M&E packages within construction projects.
• Ability to manage RAMS, MS and working drawings across sites.
• Strong liaison with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed M&E programmes and procurement schedules.
• Conduct tender return comparisons and attend tender interviews.
• Coordinate M&E works with site managers and ensure drawings are current.
• Issue RFIs and manage technical submittals with the project team.
• Lead first & second fix quality checks and sign-off sheets.
