Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd. is recruiting an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee two Barking sites, balancing hands-on maintenance with supervisory duties.

You will lead a team of five operatives, ensuring electrical maintenance and compliance across both locations while coordinating workloads and maintaining strong client relations. The role emphasises supervisory experience in commercial FM, with on-site responsibilities and involvement in on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification and supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management is required.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of five operatives across two Barking sites.
• Manage Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
• Support mechanical and fabric maintenance when needed.
• Ensure compliance documentation and commissioning records are complete.
• Coordinate workloads and liaise with the client to maintain strong relations.
• Provide hands-on technical support while supervising daily operations.
